SSince I installed the latest software update for galaxy s4 the blue led indicator won't blink blue when missed calls or messages or notifications. Tried everything to fix without any success. Also was advised by Samsung to do factory reset but this still hasn't rectified issue. Can you please help and rectify.

Try downgrading to stock rom with the help of Odin.
