If the screen is off all the time then please contact the Samsung Service center because it maybe a hardware problem. Else do a hard reset (if the display is ON some times and some times not).

Hi. My Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 is stuck in a power off/restart loop. It said UI was not working and to close it. If is now stuck, alternating between flashing the start screen and power off screen. I select power off or restart and ot makes no difference. The power switch is unresponsive. Trying power off with volume does not work, nor with all three including home button. Desperate! What can I do?! Thanks

Using the volume down and power button doesn’t actually shut off my phone, it keeps restarting automatically and I still have that frozen screen with a blue line or a blue box scrolling up and down the screen. Any help would be appreciated
