This tutorial will help you to Hard/Factory Reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 3. This procedure is compatible with all the Galaxy S3 variants like Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 3G, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9002 dual SIM, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005 LTE, Samsung GALAXY Note 3 Neo 3G SM-N750, Samsung GALAXY Note 3 Neo LTE+ SM-N7505 and Samsung GALAXY Note 3 Neo Dual SIM SM-N7502.
Please note that you need to backup all your phone data including contacts, photos, files and documents before performing these steps.

Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from Settings Menu
Navigate to Settings->Privacy->Factory Data Reset. Ensure that you check mark “Erase Internal Storage”. Once you did this your Galaxy Note 3 will be formatted to factory shipped state.
Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Using Button Combination
In order to factory reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 using buttons, press and hold "Power"+"Home"+"Volume Up" buttons in the power down status. Hold the buttons until you see the samsung logo and something like given below.
You can use the "Volume Up" Or "Volume Down" buttons to navigate through the menu and "Power" to confirm. Select "Wipe Factory Data Reset" and press power button to confirm. Once Note 3 is resetted to factory state, select "Reboot System Now" to restart your device.

This is the simplest method of all to reset your Note 3. For this just enter *#*#7780#*#* for "Factory Data Reset" and *2767*3855# (no confirm, will just execute the code ) to Full Factory Reset.
