If you are stuck up in a similar screen like the one given below then you are in FRP Lock on your Samsung Galaxy Android Smartphone. FRP lock means Factory Reset Protection which is a new security feature on android phones. Once FRP is activated, it blocks use of your Galaxy smartphone after a factory data reset, till you log in using the same Google username and password you previously set up on it. If you don't want to go through any of these, just remove the Google account before making a factory data reset.

When you flash with Oreo make sure that you select all the options in the Odin. For eg: AP, BL, CSC etc.
If the odin flash failed appears try this: http://www.samsungsfour.com/tutorials/how-to-resolve-odin-flash-failed-error-on-galaxy-smartphone.html

I used a USB on the go cable with a Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro. With that cable my USB flash drive was easily accessed by my phone. I copied the Samsung FRP tool to the phone with the OTG cable and flash drive. However this tool won't bypass FRP on the J3 Luna Pro. This phone is *not* in the list of phones. I'll repeat this process with a different tool that works on my phone.
