So the best thing to do in those times is to manually select the mobile network to which you want to "register" it. 1. First open your app drawer and tap on the "Settings" icon.

2. Once done, you will get a window like the one shown below, scroll little down and tap on "More networks".

Once you tap the "Search Networks" you will get a list of available networks. Find your network and tap on to select it. Please note that you cannot select any other network except your SIM cards native network (except when you are in international roaming).
