Steps To Enable USB Debugging On Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Running On Android KitKat 4.4.2. 4.4.3, 4.4.4 or Higher

1. Open your app drawer and tap on "Settings".

In this case you need to install the Samsung USB drivers for your device which is available on the internet for free.
